New York City-based studio Lang Architecture nestles twenty-six lakeside homesites among the forested hills of North Mississippi entitled ‘splinter creek,’ the development integrates seamlessly into 650 acres of rolling pine forest.
Splinter Creek offers private cabin retreats, sited on plots ranging from two to eighteen acres each with its own distinctive character. beneath the canopies of mature oaks and plantation pines, this ready-to-build land is primed for environmentally sensitive and sustainable residential developments.
