Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Douglas Crisp joined the Lang team as a Project Leader in 2021.
He thrives on collaboration with diverse individuals and problem-solving, which he believes fuels his creativity. Doug’s approach to his projects involves deep site immersion, client conversations, and an involved hand sketching process.
While outside of work, Doug enjoys skateboarding, exploring New York City neighborhoods, and photography.
